Freedom
The Struggle for Freedom by Albert Pike

The Ancient Wrong rules many a land, whose groans
Rise to swarm to the stars by day and night,
Thronging with mournful clamor around the thrones
Where the Archangels sit in God’s great light,
And, pitying, mourn to see that Wrong still reigns,
And tortured Nations writhe in galling chains.

From Hungary and France, fierce cries go up
And beat against the portals of the skies
Lashed Italy still drinks the bitter cup,
And Germany in abject stupor lies
The knout on Poland’s bloody shoulders rings,
And Time is all one jubilee of kings.

It will not be so always. Through the night
The suffering multitudes with joy descry
Beyond the ocean a great beacon-light,
Flashing its rays into their starless sky,
And teaching them to struggle and be free,
The Light of Order, Law, and Liberty.

Take heart, ye bleeding Nations and your chains
Shall shiver like thin glass. The dawn is near,
When Earth shall feel, through all her aged veins
The new blood pouring and her drowsy ear
Hear Freedom’s trumpet ringing in the sky,
Calling her braves to conquer or to die.

Arm and revolt, and let the hunted stags
Against the lordly lions stand at bay!
Each pass, Thermoplæ, and all the crags,
Young Freedom’s fortresses! and soon the day
Shall come when Right shall rule, and round the thrones
that gird God’s feet shall eddy no more groans.

Rainbow

Over the hills and across the sky
Where eagles and birds love to fly
Lies a secret to behold
Of many stories, never told

That is the bow in the sky
Held by GOD, up ever so high
At the end lays a pot of gold
None of which is ever sold

For the gold is more than meets the eye
Deep within, Futures lie
The souls of young girls you see
That gold belongs to you and me

As we learn each lesson taught
Teachers are ladies who care a lot
All our hard work will continue to pay
For in our hearts these lessons stay

We make ourselves happy and proud
A quiet joy, never loud
Without these times full of fun
Many things we could have never done

So I ask and So I pray
That there will be another day
I will help each girl, If I may
So they too can find their way

Along the road of life, we know all too well
To find the gold that no one sells
Our daughters, Daughters will continue to be
Rainbow girls like you and me.

The Masonic Eye

The Masonic Eye is an emblematic portrayal of the Eye of God. It addresses God’s watchfulness over the Universe and his consideration of the universe.

The Masonic Eye or The All Seeing Eye has been utilized by different developments previously.

Egyptians and Hebrews:

The Egyptians and the Hebrews began utilizing the image of the Masonic Eye because of allegorical thinking from the individuals who imagined that the Eye was an image of God’s All Seeing capacity. The hand was viewed as an image of devotion, the arm was viewed as an image of solidarity and the human foot was viewed as an image of quickness.

The Bible contains some verses that talk more about God’s eye.

In Psalm 34:15, the LORD says, “The righteous are in his sight, and his ears are open to their cry.”

(Psalm 121:4), “It shall not sleep nor slumber upon him who watched over Israel.”

There is also a little entry in the Book of discussion of God with Moses on Mount Sinai. Moreover, the book was deciphered by Reverend W. Cureton and distributed by the Philobiblon Society of London.

In the entry, Moses inquired as to whether He rests or not. Also, God let him know that He won’t ever rest. God advised Moses to top off some water and He made Moses rest. Moses rested and some water tumbled from his hand and the water spilled on the ground.

At the point when Moses woke up, God let Moses know that assuming He rested and quit looking after the Universe, the Universe will come to destroy and obliteration the same way some water fell while Moses dozed.

Osiris, the Egyptian God:

Osiris was the main god of the Egyptians. He was addressed by the image of an open eye. Hieroglyphics containing this image of Osiris were put all around their sanctuaries.

The representative name of Osiris was put on landmarks and addressed by the eye put by a high position. Once in a while, the abridged figure of a divine being was added to the image. The entire portrayal was once in a while called an ax or a portrayal of a square.

In Proverbs 15:3, The All-Seeing Eye of God is described by King Solomon.

Proverbs 15:3,’ says, The LORD’s eyes are everywhere, seeing both the good and the evil.’

The Creator, the Master Architect of the Universe has no start and no closure. He has consistently existed and He will consistently exist. He is Omnipresent (wherever at an at once) (limitless power).

Every inch of the Universe is under the eye of the Masonic Eye of God.

Here are some Masonic merchandises with the Masonic eye on them.

What Is A Mason?

That’s not a stunning question. Although Masons (Freemasons) area unit members of the biggest and oldest fraternity within the world and although nearly everybody contains a father or gramps or uncle UN agency was a Mason, many of us are not quite bound simply UN agency Masons area unit.

The answer is easy. A Mason (or Freemasons) could be a member of a fraternity refers to as Masonry (or Freemasonry). A fraternity could be a cluster of men (just as a society could be a cluster of women) United Nations agency be a part of a long because:

  • There are square measure things they need to try and do within the world.
  • There are square measure things they need to try and do “inside their minds.”
  • They relish being along with men they like and respect.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MASON

To be a Mason means to be a father who encourages his son to make good decisions, to be a business leader who brings morality to his workplace, and to be an individual who is thinking about the tough issues in his life.

What’s Masonry?

Masonry (or Freemasonry) is that the oldest fraternity within the world. Nobody is aware of simply however recent it’s as a result of the particular origins are lost in time. Probably, it arose from the guilds of stonemasons UN agency engineered the castles and cathedrals of the center Ages. Possibly, they were influenced by the Knights Templar, a bunch of Christian someone monks fashioned in 1118 to assist defend pilgrims creating journeys to the Promised Land.

An Old Freemason
             An Old Freemason

In 1717, Masonry or Freemasons created a proper organization in England once the primary Grand Lodge was shaped. A Grand Lodge is that the unit answerable of Masonry in some geographic area. Within the U.S., there’s a Grand occupy every state and therefore the District of Columbia. In Canada, there’s a Grand occupying every province. Native organizations of Mason’s or Freemasons are referred to as lodges. There are lodges in most cities and enormous cities sometimes have many. There are concerning thirteen, 200 lodges within us.

How did Masonry reach America if it came from Britain?

In a time once travel was by horseback and sailing vessel, Masonry unfold with superb speed. By 1731, once the author joined the fraternity, there have been already many lodges within the Colonies, and Masonry unfold a chop-chop as America enlarged west. Additionally to Franklin, several of the institution Fathers men like George Washington, silver worker, Joseph Warren, and John Hancock–were Masons. Masons and Masonry content half within the Revolutionary War and an excellent additional important half within the convention and also the debates close the approval of the Bill of Rights. Several of these debates were a command in Masonic lodges.

What’s a lodge?

The word “lodge” means that each a bunch of Masons or Freemasons meeting in someplace and also the area or building during which they meet. Masonic buildings are typically referred to as “temples” as a result of a lot of the symbolism Masonry uses to show its lessons comes from the building of King Solomon’s Temple within the geographical area. The term “lodge” comes from the structures that the stonemasons designed against the perimeters of the cathedrals throughout construction. In winter, once buildings had to prevent, they lived in these lodges and worked at carving stone.

The arrangement of lodge rooms today is similar to the diagram above although there are some variations from state to state and country to country.

Like several artisans these days, stonemason’s centuries agony wore animal skin aprons to hold their tools and to guard themselves against flying chips of stone. Thus, electronic equipment Masons or Freemasons wear a lambskin or fabric apron, generally intricately embellished or decorated, to indicate their pride in being members of a fraternity with so long and great a history.

Masonic Lodge Diagram
                                              Masonic Lodge Diagram

Since Masonry came to America from a European nation, we tend to still use nation plan and English titles for the officers. The Worshipful Master of the Lodge sits within the East. ‘Worshipful” is an associate degree English term of respect which means an equivalent factor as “Honorable.” He is the Master of the lodge for an equivalent reason that the leader of the associate degree orchestra is  the “Concert Master.” It’s merely an associate degree older term for “Leader.” In different organizations, he would be known as “President.” The Senior and Junior Wardens are the primary and Second Vice-Presidents.

In the United States and Canada, lodges display a “Volume of the Sacred Law.” Almost always, the Bible is on the altar.

What goes on in a lodge?

The following explanations of why men become Masons would be a good place to repeat what we said earlier:

  • Their world is full of things they would like to do.
  • In their heads, they have a lot of things they want to do.
  • With men they like and respect, they enjoy spending time together.

The Lodge is a center of such kinds of activities.

Inside Masonic Lodge
                        Inside Masonic Lodge

Masonry does things in the world

Masonry teaches that every person includes a responsibility to create things higher within the world. Most people will not be those to search out a cure for cancer or eliminate the financial condition, or facilitate produce world peace, however, each man and lady and kid will do one thing to assist others and to create things a touch higher. Masonry is deeply committed serving to people-it spends over $1.4 million greenbacks a day within the US, simply to create life a touch easier. And also the nice majority of that facilitate goes to folks that don’t seem to be Masons.

How does a man become a Mason?
                           Masonry Things

Some of these charities area unit large comes, just like the Shriners Hospitals for youngsters and Burns Institutes. Also, Scottish ceremony Masons maintain a nationwide network of over one hundred Childhood Language Disorders Clinics, Centers, and Programs. Every helps youngsters afflicted by such conditions as a brain disorder, dyslexia, unarticulated and connected learning or speech disorders. The Grand Lodge of FL supports the Masonic Medical workplace associate degree internationally recognized medical specialty analysis institute.

Some services area unit less noticeable, like serving to a widow pay her invoice or shopping for coats and shoes for deprived kids. And there is regarding something you’ll be able to think about the middle. However with comes giant or little, the Masons of a lodge try and facilitate building the planet a higher place. The lodge offers them how to mix with others to try and do even a lot of smart.

Masonry does things “inside” the individual Mason

Grow or die” could be a nice law of all nature. Most people feel a requirement for continued growth as people. They feel they’re not as honest or as charitable or as compassionate or as warm or as trusting or similarly informed as they got to be. Masonry reminds its members over and once more of the importance of those qualities and education. It lets men keep company with different men of honor and integrity WHO believe that things like honesty, compassion, love, trust, and data square measure vital. In some ways that, Masonry could be a support cluster for men WHO try to create the proper selections. It’s easier to follow these virtues after you recognize that those around you think that they’re vital, too, and will not taunt you. That is a significant reason that Mason’s fancy is alone.

Masons enjoy each other’s company

Lodges have picnics, habitation journeys, and plenty of events for the complete family. For members solely, 2 basic styles of conferences come about in a very lodge. The most common could be a straightforward business meeting. To open and shut the meeting, there’s a ceremony whose purpose is to cue the United States of America of the virtues by that we tend to be imagined to live. Then there’s a reading of the minutes; selection on petitions; coming up with for charitable functions, family events, and different lodge activities; and sharing data regarding members World Health Organization are unwell or have some kind of would like. But each lodge serves over its members. Examples are Ladies’ Nights, “Brother Brings companion Nights.” public installations of officers, cornerstone birth ceremonies, and different special conferences supporting community events and addressing topics of native interest.

What’s a degree?

As you’ll see, the names area unit taken from the craft guilds. In the middle Ages, once someone wished to affix a craft, like the goldsmiths, carpenters, or stonemasons, he was 1st unfree. When he had proved his skills, he became a “Fellow of the Craft” and once he had exceptional ability, he was called a Master of the Craft. The degrees area unit plays within which the candidate participates.

Freemasons
                         Masonic Degrees

Each degree uses symbols to show, even as plays did within the Middle Ages and as several theatrical productions do these days. The Masonic degrees teach the good lessons of life-the importance of honor and integrity, of being someone on whom others will swear, of being each trusting and trustworthy, of realizing that you just have a religious nature also as a physical or animosity, of the importance of self-control, of knowing the way to love and favor of knowing the way to keep confidential what others tell you so that they’ll “open up” without concern.

Why is Masonry so “secretive”?

Masons or Freemasons certainly do not make a secret of the fact that they are members of the fraternity. We wear rings, lapel pins, and tie clasps with Masonic emblems like the Square and Compasses, the best known of Masonic signs which, logically, recall the fraternity’s early symbolic roots in stone-masonry. Masonic buildings are dearly marked and are usually listed in the phone book. Lodge activities are not secret, picnics and other events are even listed in the newspapers, especially in smaller towns.

But there are some Masonic secrets, and they fall into two categories. The first is how a man can identify himself as Mason grips and passwords. The second group is harder to describe, but they are the ones Masons usually mean if we talk about “Masonic secrets”. They are the changes that happen to a man when he really accepts responsibility for his own life and, at the same time, truly decides that his real happiness is in helping others. That’s why sometimes they say that Masonic secrets cannot be told. But if Masonry is a secret society, it’s the worst-kept secret in the world.

Is Masonry a religion?

The answer to that question is simple. No!

We do use rituals in meetings, and because there is always an altar or table with the Volume of the Sacred Law open if a lodge is meeting, some people have confused Masonry with a religion, but it is not. That does not mean that religion plays no part in Masonry—it plays a very important part. Members of the P.T.A. believe in the importance of education.

They support it and assert that no man or woman can be a complete and whole individual or live up to his or her full potential without education. These people don’t try to tell people what they should study or what their major should be. In much the same way, Masons believe in the importance of religion.

What is a Masonic Bible?

Bibles square measure trendy gifts among Masons or Freemasons, frequently given to an individual once he joins the lodge or at different special events. A Masonic Bible is that an equivalent book anyone thinks of as a Bible (it’s generally the King James translation) with a special page among the front thereon to jot the name of the one World Health Organization is receiving it and conjointly the occasion thereon it’s giving. Generally, there’s a special index or data section that shows the person wherever among the Bible to hunt out the passages that unit of measurement quoted among the Masonic ritual.

Old Freemasonry Books
                      Old Freemasonry Books

So, is Masonry education?

Back within the Middle Ages, faculties were commanding within the lodges of stonemasons or Freemasons. Masons or Freemasons started a number of the primary public faculties in Europe and America. We tend to encourage our members to grant volunteer time to their native faculties.  Purchase schoolroom provides for academics, facilitates with acquisition programs, and does everything. They’ll assist assure that every person, adult or kid, has the most effective academic opportunities potential.

What does Masonry teach?

Masonry teaches that: Since God is that the Creator, all men and ladies area unit the youngsters of God. Even once we area unit tempted to stinginess, we tend to should be charitable. We discover that religion in our homes of worship, not in Freemasonry. However, Masonry perpetually teaches that a human religion, no matter what it should be, is central to a decent life. So, Freemasons or masons are the men who learned to help society in a better way.

Masonic Teachings
                         Masonic Teachings

What are the requirements for membership?

The one that needs to affix Masonry should be a person, sound in body and mind, World Health Organization believes in God, is a minimum of the minimum age needed by Masonry in his state, and incorporates a smart name. . But there square measure others, not thus formal. He ought to believe there’s additional to life than pleasure and cash. He ought to be willing to respect the opinions of others.

How does a man become a Mason?

Some men square measure stunned that nobody has ever asked them to become a Mason. They’ll even feel that the Masons in their city do not assume they’re good enough to hitch. We can tell them concerning what Masonry will do. We can tell them why we tend to fancy it.

However, turning into  Masons or Freemasons could be a terribly serious factor. Connotation Masonry is creating a permanent life commitment to measure inbound ways. So, once a person decides he needs to be a Mason, he asks a Mason for a petition or application. If the vote is affirmative–and it invariably is–the lodge will contact the person to line the date for the Entered Apprentice Degree.

So, what’s a Mason?

A man who has learned that he feels good about himself and all other masons or Freemasons. He is always concerned about the future as well as the past.  And he does whatever he can, both alone himself and with others. He always tries to make things good for everyone in present and in the future.

What is Freemasonry?

Freemasonry is the world’s most powerful fraternal organization. Although its origins are lost in the unrecorded history of medieval times, it was formally organized in London, England, in 1717. There are currently over 3 million Freemasons active worldwide, with 1.1 million in North America.

Early 30 years of Freemasonry:

Within thirty years, the fraternity had spread across Europe and, with it, the American colonies. Then, in colonial America, Freemasonry became very popular. George Washington was a Mason, and in Pennsylvania, Benjamin Franklin, as well as Paul Revere and Joseph Warren in Massachusetts, served as the fraternity’s head. In Massachusetts, Joseph Warren, a silversmith, did the same. John Hancock, John Sullivan, Lafayette, Baron Fredrick von Stuben, Nathanael Graham Greene, and John Paul Jones were among the other notable Masons who contributed to the founding of America. The Supreme Court was formed into its gift type by another Mason, a judge legal expert.

Over the centuries, Freemasonry has grown into a global organization that provides opportunities for personal and social improvement, as well as individual involvement and financial assistance. It was one of the organizations most responsible for spreading Enlightenment ideals such as the dignity of man and individual liberty, the right of all people to worship as they wish, the formation of democratic governments, and the importance of public education during the late 1700s. Masons backed Europe’s and America’s primary public universities.

EXECUTING YOUR POTENTIAL FOR LIVING: A BLUEPRINT

Freemasonry is a personal journey toward becoming a far better father, husband, friend, national, and man, supported by a variety of men at various stages of the same journey. Masonic Education has been launched from the Masonic Lodge for hundreds of years. And it serves as a common ground for Brethren from various backgrounds to meet, exchange ideas, offer support, and form friendly relationships.

Masonic principles of cohesion, relief and truth guide their lives.

First and foremost, brotherly love: caring for one another and our communities.

Second, provide relief by humbly assisting those who are in need.

Truth: information and understanding about victimization in order to better ourselves, our families, and our communities.

RELIEF, TRUTH, AND LOVE FOR BROTHERS

Freemasonry’s traditions are based on the construction of King Solomon’s Temple, and its fraternal ceremonies use stonemasons’ tools to represent ethical lessons of unity, relief, and truth.

“Meeting on the level of equality, acting by the plumb of righteous conduct, and assembling upon the square of virtue,” for example, are important objectives, according to a Mason’s Lodge.

The purpose of freemasonry is not to interfere with people’s religious, familial, or professional commitments… Freemasonry isn’t, and never will be, a replacement for these vital institutions; rather, it’s a positive environment that reminds each brother of himself, his family, community, and thus the Supreme Designer (as defined by the individual).

CEREMONIES:

The process of becoming a Masonic Lodge member is divided into three ceremonial stages called “degrees” by Masons. These three degrees are loosely based on the craftsman system, which was once used to educate Medieval craftsmen. The degrees represent youth, manhood, and aging as symbolic representations of stages in human development.

This is a candidate’s first exposure to the Fraternity’s ceremonies, and like all Masonic ceremonies, it is a solemn and significant occasion. After completing the Entered Apprentice ceremony, a candidate becomes a Mason for the first time and receives the title of “Brother.”

2nd Degree Fellow Craft

The second Masonic degree exposes a Brother too much of the Fraternity’s symbolism and philosophy. This degree would have marked a person’s progression from associate apprentice to journeyman for experienced Craftsmen.

3rd Degree Master Mason

The Master Mason degree, the last of the Lodge ceremonies, makes a candidate a full member of the Fraternity, with all of the rights and responsibilities that come with it. Master Masons have the right to visit lodges all over the world. This allows UN agencies to meet men who would otherwise remain strangers. He’ll research the philosophy that underpins Masonic rituals.

After that, it will be to positions of leadership. The benefits of fellowship will bring him pleasure. It will learn to appreciate the pleasure of helping others. Although there is no higher degree in Freemasonry, members of the Craft can continue their formal education through affiliated bodies such as the Scottish ceremony (32° Freemasonry), the York ceremony, and the Shrine (or “Shriners”), among others.

The Meaning Behind 15 Common Masonic Symbols:

Mason’s symbolism appears to be everywhere, even in places where you wouldn’t expect it. Similarly, you might not realize the deep meaning behind each of those symbols, which go beyond Freemasons desperate to leave their mark on everything they construct orbit.

We’ve broken down fifteen of the most common Masonic symbols into easy-to-understand categories. You might recognize some of them, but you might notice that others are a complete surprise.

1.    The All-Seeing Eye

The All-Seeing Eye, also known as the Masonic Eye or the Eye of Providence, is one of the most well-known Mason symbols. This is especially true when it comes to its options on currencies other than the US dollar. The first time it was published was in 1797, in the Freemason’s Monitor.

The All-Seeing Eye

It represents God’s eye and serves as a reminder to Freemasons that God is always looking over their shoulders, seeing all of their works, thoughts, deeds, and actions.

2.   Square and Compasses

The square and Compasses unit of measurement is the most well-known or recognized brother image, as well-represented as the All-Seeing Eye is. The literal meaning is that the square represents morality, and Freemasons must be compelled to square [their] actions by the square of virtue with all mankind.’

The compass then measures the ability to conduct actions with wisdom at intervals defined by bound boundaries. The compass then measures the ability to demonstrate wisdom conduct actions at defined intervals. Along the square and Compasses, in other words, encourage Freemasons to explore their needs and passions while remaining within the ethical circle.

3.   The Letter G

While Freemasons cannot claim ownership of an entire letter of the alphabet, they do frequently use the letter G in their symbolism. The problem is that there’s some debate about what that really means.

Some say it’s as simple as reciting the words “God” and “Geometry.” Others believe it stands for the word ‘Gnosis,’ which refers to the knowledge of religious mysteries and could be a significant part of Masonry. Others believe that the letter G had a numerical value of three in ancient Hebrew, which is well documented throughout history when discussing God.

4.   Blazing Star of Masons

The Masonic Blazing Star is one of Freemasonry’s most important symbols. Within the Freemason Lodge, it is a revered object that commands respect. It appears in a number of Freemason degrees. The blazing star has become well-known as a Freemason symbol due to its frequent use.

A Freemason’s journey is said to begin with the Masonic Blazing Star. A person in Masonry tries to use data to guide him, much like a star blazing against a dark night sky.

5.   Masonic Gavel

The current image has unit 2 implications. To begin with, it symbolizes the authority of the brother who is handing it over; the United Nations agency could possibly use his beetle to punctuate his concepts and issue a command order similar to a court decision.

Second, it’s a tool for breaking off a stone’s rough edges. When used in this way, the Masonic mallet serves as a reminder to Freemasons to keep their hearts pure, ethical, and religious.

6.   The Anchor and the Ark

Anchors are commonly used in Christian symbolism, and Freemasons have adopted the symbolism with the same meanings. In essence, it represents hope, but also peace, in the face of bad weather. An anchor is almost always used to help a ship come to a stop. In the same way, this image speaks about living a life that is based on hope and peace.

In the same way that anchors help a ship to stay afloat. The meaning of this symbol is to live a peaceful and hopeful life.

7.   Masonic Sheaf of Corn

Prior to the days of King, Masons gave corn to their employers as a part of their wages. It’s been used in dedication ceremonies recently, primarily to represent charitable giving to the less fortunate.

The Masonic bundle of Corn depicted the wages that master Masons earned from their labors during King Solomon’s time. The Masonic Corn Bundle is now a symbol of that leisure activity. Especially during the laying of cornerstones, as well as the consecration, formation, and dedication of a new lodge. The Masonic Corn Bundle represents our remuneration for our laborers. And the sacrifices we’ve made, as well as our rewards for them.

8.   The Acacia Tree

The tree is associated with an incredibly hardy, sturdy tree that has long been used to represent immortality throughout history. For this terrible reason, Hebrews are accustomed to placing a sprig of the tree on their gravestones. The tree represents their enduring, immortal souls, which aligns with Masonry’s belief within a lifetime.

9.   Ark of the Covenant

God’s promise to David is recorded in the Bible as the Ark of the Covenant. It has no doubt great significance and symbolism to Freemasons today as a symbol of God’s continued forgiveness for their sins.

Many of Freemasonry’s most well-known symbols, such as the square and compasses or the cornerstone, are man-made objects. However, Freemasons have long relied on nature to help them develop and contextualize their philosophies. Acacia, a related evergreen tree that grows throughout Africa and the Near East, could be an excellent example. This tree is a noteworthy image that deserves closer examination due to its rich history and significance within Judaism.

10.   Masonic Altar

Masonic altars used to be places where people could commune with the master architect. The Bible is placed on the Masonic altar as a symbol of the Lodge’s genuine communion with the Creator of the Universe.

Men still sacrifice various items to God and seek forgiveness for their sins before receiving his blessings. Altars are built by religions such as Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism, Shinto, Hinduism, and Judaism. Altars are also built by pagans.

11.   Cable Tow

A cable tow is attached to a Freemason’s robe and represents a promise that he will assist his Brother as much as he can – as long as it is within the length of his tow rope. That is why the length of the cable tow rope is so important; it demonstrates how capable the Brother is in terms of assisting his fellow Freemason.

The cable tow not only binds the individual Mason to Freemasonry but also Freemasonry to the individual Mason. The Fraternity also owes it to its members to guide, train, and instruct them so that they can serve humanity and the Craft effectively. The terms “control,” “obedience,” “direction,” and “steerage” are all used to describe the cable-tow.

12.  Masonic Shoe

The Masonic Shoe has traditionally represented the physical confirmation of a verbal agreement. Taking off your shoes and handing them over to someone else indicates that you have agreed to a contract.

In the Third Degree, both shoes remove on holy ground

13.   The Beehive

Another hotly debated image is The Beehive, which is widely accepted to represent the need for Masons to work together in order to keep the planet running. Some people believe there is a deeper, more advanced meaning behind it, but this is usually the thought that describes where The Beehive is a gift.

14.   Coffins

Coffins typically represent death, but as you travel around the world of Freemasonry, the methods behind them become a little murky. Typically, coffins are depicted with a Sprig of the tree, which may represent immortality. It’s sometimes accompanied by a five-pointed star. As a result, whatever context is provided, behind the coffin appears to be interchangeable.

15.   47th Problem of Euclid

The mathematical magnitude relation (knowledge) that allows a Master Mason to “Square his square once it gets out of square” is the geometer’s 47th flaw. Bear with the USA as things get a little geometrical here. The 47th Euclid Theorem, also known as the Philosopher’s Theorem, represents the need to square your square.’ When laying foundations after laying eggs, the Freemasons use this strategy to keep their lives in order.
